Venture Global secures $3 billion revolving credit facility
Venture Global LNG, Inc., a subsidiary of the U.S. liquefied natural gas exporter Venture Global, has secured a new $3 billion, 364-day senior secured revolving credit facility.
The company intends to use the funds for general corporate purposes and to finance specific project costs related to the CP2 and Plaquemines bolt-on expansions prior to their respective final investment decisions.
Bank of America, N.A. acted as the Coordinating Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner, also serving as the Administrative Agent. Other participating institutions included BBVA, Goldman Sachs, ING, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho, MUFG, NBC, RBC, Scotia, SMBC, U.S. Bank, and Wells Fargo as Coordinating Lead Arrangers, with Barclays, Santander, and Deutsche Bank serving as Joint Lead Arrangers.
