Veteran TV Journalist Federica Sciarelli to Exit 'Chi l'ha visto?' After 22 Years

Italian broadcaster Rai announced that 67‑year‑old journalist Federica Sciarelli will leave the long‑running true‑crime program ‘Chi l'ha visto?’ after more than two decades on air. Sciarelli, who has presented the show since 2004 and also authored it from 2009, confirmed her intention to retire following a two‑year contract extension. Rai said a replacement is already being sought, with fellow presenter Francesca Fagnani mentioned as a possible successor.

The departure adds to recent staffing changes at Rai, including the exit of Milo Infante from the midday news slot, who will move to Mediaset later this year. Sciarelli’s exit marks the end of an era for a program that has become a staple of investigative and missing‑person journalism in Italy.
