Veterinary initiatives launched in Brescia and Corato

In Brescia, the Order of Veterinary Physicians has launched an educational project titled ‘From breakfast to dinner: a Veterinarian at work’. Starting October 28, the initiative will involve nine primary school classes at the Plesso Nord 2 complex. Through three interactive sessions per class, students will learn about food supply chains, animal welfare, and the role of veterinarians in ensuring the safety of products like milk, eggs, and honey.

In Corato, a new veterinary analysis laboratory named Apulia Vet has commenced operations. The facility aims to support veterinary professionals in the northern Bari region by providing specialized diagnostic services with rapid response times. The laboratory includes a team of biologists and experienced veterinarians and offers a courier service to collect and transport samples from local clinics.
