VGM opens 2026-2027 secondary education scholarship applications

The General Directorate of Foundations (VGM) has opened applications for the 2026-2027 secondary education assistance program. The scholarship is available to primary, middle, and high school students.

Applications began on October 6, 2026, at 10:00 and will remain open until October 20, 2026, at 23:59. Eligible students will receive monthly payments of 1,750 TL. Over a nine-month academic year, the total support per student amounts to 15,750 TL.

Interested students must complete the application process electronically through the official VGM website. The process requires the submission of personal, family, educational, and contact information. University student applications are handled through a separate process.
