V‑Green appoints Nguyen Anh Quynh as CEO, runs 150,000 EV chargers across five countries

V‑Green, the electric‑vehicle charging company backed by Vietnamese billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, has named Nguyen Anh Quynh as its new chief executive officer and legal representative. Quynh, born in 1978, brings nearly two decades of experience in automotive and ancillary industries across Southeast Asia, Europe and Australia, having led sales at Schindler Elevator Vietnam, managed the Southeast Asian trade division for Michelin, and served as managing director of Ducati Vietnam.

Founded in 2024 with an initial charter capital of VND 1,000 billion, V‑Green’s shareholding is dominated by Pham Nhat Vuong (90%), with the remaining stakes held by Pham Nhật Minh Hoàng (3%) and Pham Nhật Quân Anh (7%). The firm has raised its capital to VND 2,700 billion by the end of 2024 and plans a further increase to VND 3,500 billion in March 2025 to fund infrastructure growth. The network now operates more than 150,000 charging points and is present in the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Laos and India. In early 2026 the company aims to broaden partnerships with entities such as digital bank Vikki, Sun Group’s Bà Nà cable‑car, PVOIL, Vietnam Post, Bataan province authorities and Philippines‑based Clean Fuel.
