Love & War: Bhansali unveils first looks for Kapoor, Bhatt, and Kaushal

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has completed the principal photography for his highly anticipated period romantic war drama, ‘Love & War’. The production team has recently concluded a three-day campaign to unveil the first-look posters for the film’s central trio: Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal.

Ranbir Kapoor’s character is depicted in a vintage setting, appearing rugged with a blood-stained arm. Alia Bhatt’s look features a glamorous cabaret-style ensemble in red and black. Vicky Kaushal’s reveal included two contrasting posters: one showing an intense, scarred appearance with a cigarette, and another featuring a softer side where he is seated in water holding flowers.

The film, which explores a dramatic love triangle set against a 1960s war backdrop, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on January 21, 2027, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. While the plot remains largely guarded, reports suggest the lead actors may play roles connected to the Indian Air Force.
