Witnesses reported the man had attempted to sell various items, including an e-scooter and hair clippers, earlier that day.
In the Penzing district, authorities have arrested four men in connection with an attempted murder. The incident involved a 35-year-old man who sustained gunshot wounds to the abdomen following a robbery attempt.
