Vienna police arrest three suspects following stabbing and multiple violent incidents

A series of violent incidents occurred in Vienna, Austria. In the Ottakring district, a 23-year-old man was attacked with pepper spray and a knife following a fight involving six people. Police arrested three suspects, aged 20, 21, and 23, after noticing bloodstains on the clothing and footwear of one individual.

In the Favoriten district, police intervened in an incident where two men attempted to enter a fast-food restaurant basement to consume cannabis. The situation escalated when a 21-year-old suspect resisted identity checks and injured a police officer. Additionally, a 35-year-old man was injured in Absberggasse after glass was shattered at a tram station during what witnesses described as a high-speed drive-by shooting, possibly involving a gas or signal pistol.
