VIETFISH 2026 seafood exhibition sets new records in Vietnam

The Vietnam International Seafood Exhibition (VIETFISH 2026) held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City has set new records for the industry. Spanning over 14,000 square meters, the event featured 335 enterprises and 568 booths showcasing products, technology, and services across the seafood value chain.

Participants included large seafood exporters, small and medium enterprises, and support service providers from 17 countries and territories, including the United States, Germany, Italy, Norway, Israel, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, and China. The exhibition saw a record-breaking attendance of nearly 15,000 visitors over three days.

Key innovations at this edition included the debut of the Hosted Buyer Program, which brought international buyers to visit Vietnamese enterprises and survey farming areas and factories in the Mekong region. Additionally, the event introduced a domestic B2B program to connect local businesses with distributors and retailers, and integrated e-commerce and livestreaming sales into the exhibition framework.
