Vietnam prioritizes high-quality human resources for economic growth
Vietnam is focusing on developing high-quality human resources to drive economic growth and technological advancement. At the third Capital Economic Forum (CEF III) in Hanoi, experts emphasized that high-quality labor must be linked to business growth, productivity, and the ability to master new technologies like AI and digital tools.
In the energy sector, the Vietnam Institute of Nuclear Energy is addressing the urgent need for skilled personnel to support upcoming nuclear power projects, including the Ninh Thuan plants and small modular reactor (SMR) technology.
Regional efforts are also underway, such as in Ha Tinh, where vocational training is being modernized to provide sustainable livelihoods and poverty reduction through improved technical skills and enterprise partnerships.
