Vietnam advances major infrastructure and housing projects
Various infrastructure and housing projects are undergoing rapid development across several Vietnamese provinces.
In Quảng Trị, authorities are accelerating the 175 billion VND Hiếu River cable-stayed bridge road project (Phase 1). Efforts are focused on resolving land clearance issues for the remaining 33 households to ensure completion by 2026.
In Hanoi, construction is progressing on two overpasses along Ring Road 1, specifically at the Giảng Võ – Láng Hạ and Nguyễn Chí Thanh intersections. The project, with a total investment exceeding 7,210 billion VND, has reached approximately 40% completion for pier and abutment work, aiming for a December 31, 2026, deadline.
In Ninh Bình, the provincial government is pushing to complete over 6,000 social housing units. One notable project is the Bảo Minh rental housing development, a 500 billion VND investment involving multiple residential blocks, which is currently in the active construction phase.
