Vietnam bridal fashion industry expands into creative sector
The Vietnamese bridal fashion industry is evolving from a niche market into a high-potential creative sector. Established brands like Joli Poli and Lecia are expanding internationally, while a new wave of designers is entering the field. Notably, designer Do Long recently debuted his first bridal collection, ‘The Prime’, featuring 34 designs aimed at portraying a modern, free, and sensual bride.
Industry activity is increasing, highlighted by events such as Vietnam Wedding Week and the Vietnam Bridal Fashion Show. These platforms feature various designers, including Luu Viet Anh and Lam Lam, showcasing new collections. Additionally, beauty queens Ky Duyen and Thien An have recently drawn significant social media attention following their appearance in a bridal fashion show, where their interactions on stage and behind the scenes sparked widespread public discussion.
