Vietnam cities focus on human resources and women's entrepreneurship

In Hanoi, the 3rd Capital Economic Forum (CEF III) focused on high-quality human resources as a primary driver for economic growth and enterprise productivity. The forum, organized by the Hanoi People's Committee and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), brought together over 300 delegates from 15 countries. Experts emphasized that human resource quality should be measured by practical execution, value creation, and the ability to master technologies such as AI, automation, and digital data, rather than just academic credentials.

Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City has launched a support project for women entrepreneurs spanning the 2026–2035 period. The initiative aims to enhance business capacity through skill training, digital technology application, and market connectivity. The program supports diverse ventures, including eco-friendly packaging businesses and local handicraft brands, by helping them overcome technological barriers and expand their reach to new consumer markets.
