Vietnam commemorates 81 years of diplomacy and public security
The Vietnamese Embassy in China, in coordination with the representative body of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security in China, held a ceremony on August 21 to commemorate several historical milestones. The event marked the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution, the traditional Day of the Vietnamese People's Public Security, and the founding of the Vietnamese diplomatic sector.
Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh highlighted the historical contributions of both diplomacy and the police forces in defending national independence, sovereignty, and security. He noted that Vietnamese diplomacy has worked to consolidate a peaceful environment and enhance the nation's international prestige by following the diplomatic principles of Ho Chi Minh. The ceremony emphasized the shared goal of placing national interests above all to support the country's ongoing development.
