Vietnam conducts U.S. investor roadshow to promote economic reforms
Vietnam is actively engaging international investors to promote its macroeconomic stability and reform agenda. The Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with the State Bank of Vietnam, recently conducted a non-deal roadshow in the United States. This initiative aimed to brief global investors on the country’s fiscal and monetary policies, public debt management, and long-term growth outlook without the immediate sale of bonds.
The outreach coincided with a high-level diplomatic mission to the United States by General Secretary and President To Lam, who attended the 81st United Nations General Assembly. During his visit, President To Lam met with various U.S. business leaders and representatives, including a visit to Pfizer, to signal Vietnam’s commitment to creating a transparent, investor-friendly environment and overhauling institutional mechanisms to deepen integration with global markets.
