Vietnam Electricity launches integrated EVN CSKH app for customers

Vietnam Electricity (EVN) began a nationwide trial of a new integrated mobile application called “EVN CSKH” on 15 June. The app, available for iOS and Android smartphones, is offered to all electricity customers across the country.

The service lets users link and manage multiple electricity contracts, monitor daily, weekly or monthly consumption, and set thresholds that trigger alerts when usage or bill amounts rise sharply. It also supports bill payment, payment‑on‑behalf, outage reporting, price checks, and fraud warnings. Users can log in via one‑time password, face ID, or fingerprint, and future updates will allow synchronization with the VNeID electronic identity system. During the trial, existing regional customer‑service apps remain functional.

EVN says the rollout aims to simplify and improve the customer experience by consolidating many functions into a single platform.
