Vietnam Government directs legislative updates and leadership changes

Prime Minister Lê Minh Hưng has initiated several key administrative and legislative actions in Vietnam. The Government has issued Resolution No. 278/NQ-CP, directing the urgent completion of eight major legislative projects, including amendments to the Land Law, Housing Law, and Real Estate Business Law, to improve the investment environment and mobilize socio-economic resources.

Regarding personnel, the Prime Minister signed decisions to appoint Nguyễn Danh Huy, formerly Vice Minister of Construction, as Vice Chairman of the Government Office. Additionally, Lê Hồng Vinh, the former Chairman of the Quảng Trị People's Committee, has been appointed as Vice Minister of Construction.

In the education sector, Prime Minister Lê Minh Hưng addressed the critical shortage of textbooks, instructing the Ministry of Education and Training to mobilize all resources to ensure sufficient supply and prevent future shortages. The Prime Minister emphasized the need to clarify responsibilities and ensure that the upcoming school year has adequate materials for all students.
