The Ministry emphasized monitoring authorized representatives to prevent illegal service businesses or tax evasion.

New legislative proposals aim to overhaul land valuation and transaction protocols. A draft amendment suggests removing the requirement to price land based on market principles, instead utilizing a State-determined model based on land price lists and adjustment coefficients to increase predictability and reduce official hesitation. Additionally, the Ministry of Justice is considering removing mandatory notary requirements for certain real estate transactions to reduce administrative burdens, though banking representatives have raised concerns regarding the ability to verify asset legal status. In Dak Lak, provincial authorities have issued local directives to review responsibilities regarding overdue land dossiers to improve efficiency.
