Separately, on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway, a tractor-trailer was intercepted for carrying a load 11% over the permitted weight limit and for the driver using an expired license. The driver received fines totaling 9.9 million VND, and the transport company owner was fined 68 million VND for allowing the violations.
