Vietnam hosts Asia Architecture and Tourism Awards 2026 in 150‑million‑year‑old Ngoc Rông cave

The Asia Architecture and Tourism Awards 2026 ceremony was held inside the Ngoc Rông cave in Quang Ninh province, Vietnam. The venue, a limestone formation over 150 million years old, hosted the award presentations for the first time in such a historic natural site.

The event gathered several hundred architects, designers, tourism experts and creators from about twenty countries and territories. Organisers highlighted the symbolic link between preserving heritage and fostering new creative ideas for the future of Asian architecture and tourism.
