Vietnam implements Politburo directive on Ho Chi Minh ideology

Vietnam is implementing Directive No. 07-CT/TW from the Politburo, which focuses on promoting the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style during a new development phase. The directive marks a shift from theoretical study to practical application at the grassroots level.

In Lao Cai, the provincial Youth Union organized a conference for over 400 members to align youth responsibilities with this directive. The program emphasizes professional skills, digital transformation, and applying technology to local agriculture and tourism.

In Muong Lai, the directive has prompted local officials to adopt a “6 clear” principle—clarifying people, tasks, responsibilities, progress, results, and authority. This shift aims to bridge the gap between theory and action, with local economic indicators showing progress, including meeting 15 out of 22 key socio-economic targets.
