Vietnam accelerates major infrastructure and social housing projects

Vietnam is undergoing significant infrastructure and social development across various regions. In Hanoi, Sun Group has commenced a 30,151 billion VND project to renovate the West Lake area, aiming to transform it into a cultural and economic hub. Simultaneously, the nation is accelerating social housing production, with 875 projects currently underway to meet the goal of one million units by 2030.

In Ho Chi Minh City, a massive infrastructure phase is underway, including major metro lines and urban beautification projects worth over 181,000 billion VND. This includes the renovation of the Ma Lang and Ga - Gao areas with an investment of approximately 15,674 billion VND. Other regional developments include a 7,140 billion VND economic axis road in Ninh Binh and a coastal road project in Quang Ngai nearing completion.

On the diplomatic front, Vietnamese leaders sent congratulatory messages to Kyrgyzstan on its 35th National Day, reaffirming long-standing friendship. Additionally, digital transformation efforts are expanding in remote areas to improve access to public services, while healthcare initiatives in Ho Chi Minh City are increasing periodic health check-up coverage for the population.
