Vietnam launches youth-led community and rural development initiatives

Vietnam is launching several initiatives focused on youth engagement and community development. The Human Act Now 2026 program, centered on the theme ‘Community Synergy,’ aims to connect young people with practical social challenges. Organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with VCCorp, the Human Act Prize seeks to honor individuals and organizations contributing to social progress by coordinating diverse resources to solve complex community issues.

Simultaneously, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has initiated a nationwide volunteer campaign to support new rural development. This movement emphasizes improving living standards, sustainable production, environmental protection, and preserving cultural identity. The campaign specifically targets ethnic minority areas and disadvantaged regions, aligning youth activities with national standards for rural development and green transformation through 2030.
