Speaking at a national conference on September 3, he highlighted that the digital space and social media have become critical arenas for ideological work and must serve as channels to listen to the people. He stressed the importance of distinguishing between legitimate public feedback and organized disinformation or manipulation.

Additionally, the concept of lifelong learning has been identified as a vital requirement for officials in the digital age. Following the principles of Ho Chi Minh, leaders noted that the rapid cycle of knowledge obsolescence caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution requires cadres to continuously update their skills. Failure to engage in continuous self-improvement could turn officials into bottlenecks for national innovation and development. This approach links personal learning with political fortitude, professional ethics, and the ability to adapt to a knowledge-based economy.
