Additionally, new regulations regarding the conversion of garden or agricultural land to residential land have been introduced, with fee structures varying based on land use limits.

Other legislative matters include proposed changes to the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation agencies, which includes a suggestion to discontinue the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy, and discussions on streamlining real estate business procedures through digitalization and shifting from pre-inspection to post-inspection mechanisms.
