Vietnam celebrates National Day with “Nang Ba Dinh” art program

The “Nang Ba Dinh” artistic program was held in Hanoi to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day. Organized by the People’s Representative Newspaper, the event featured high-ranking officials, including National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his wife, Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga.

The program utilized music, stage performances, and documentaries to recount historical milestones, such as President Ho Chi Minh’s return to lead the revolution and the 1945 declaration of independence at Ba Dinh Square. It also highlighted the 80-year journey of the National Assembly of Vietnam, tracing its role from the first general election to its current mission of institutionalizing the will of the people.

Designed as a political art performance, the event aimed to honor the ideology of Ho Chi Minh, foster national unity, and educate younger generations on the importance of preserving revolutionary achievements and building a socialist rule-of-law state.
