The police of Vũ Quý commune in Hưng Yên Province fined 22‑year‑old TikTok creator Vu Quang Huy 12.5 million VND for violating Decree No. 174/2026/ND‑CP. The fine relates to a livestream on 29 July 2026 that showed a teenage boy riding a motorbike on one wheel without a helmet on a local road.

Police invited Vu Quang Huy to the station, where he admitted using his personal TikTok account to chase views and increase interaction. The authorities said the content encouraged unsafe behaviour and contravened regulations on electronic communications. They are also working with traffic police to identify and sanction the rider involved.

The case is presented as a warning to youths about the risks of “câu view” – seeking online attention by promoting hazardous activities that endanger public safety.
