Vietnam pork and coffee market prices fall in July

Domestic pork prices across Vietnam continued to decline in the week to 26 July. In the north, prices fell 1,000–3,000 VND per kilogram, trading between 62,000 and 65,000 VND/kg. The central‑highlands region saw similar drops of about 1,900 VND/kg, with prices around 95,800–96,000 VND/kg. In the south, prices moved mixed, with some provinces easing to 62,000 VND/kg and others holding at 63,000 VND/kg.

At the same time, Vietnam's coffee market recorded a domestic price decline of roughly 1,900 VND/kg in the Central Highlands, while international coffee futures rose modestly on the London and New York exchanges. Export‑oriented rice prices slipped to about $430 per tonne, reflecting seasonal supply pressures. These movements affect farmers, traders and retailers nationwide.
