Vietnam provinces enhance security for National Day holiday

Authorities in Vietnam's Phu Tho and Nghe An provinces are implementing measures to ensure security, order, and safety during the National Day holiday on September 2.

In Phu Tho, the Economic Security Division of the Provincial Police has worked with businesses in the Cam Khe Industrial Park. Companies have been advised to protect internal assets, information systems, and trade secrets, while strictly adhering to fire prevention and safety regulations. Additionally, businesses are urged to ensure timely payment of wages, bonuses, and benefits to employees to maintain stability and prevent labor disputes or strikes.

In Nghe An, the Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch to strengthen security and social safety. Local authorities and departments are tasked with preventing terrorism, sabotage, and social disorder. Security forces will maintain constant readiness to protect key infrastructure, important national events, and the safety of citizens and international guests during the holiday period.
