Vietnam real estate developers introduce new pricing and financing models
Real estate developers in Vietnam are introducing new models to address the growing demand for quality housing among middle-income families and young professionals.
A consortium consisting of Thắng Lợi Homes, Central, and An Cường is developing The Win City. The project aims for a “high-end apartment – national price” positioning by optimizing the entire value chain—from planning and design to construction and interior finishing—rather than reducing quality to lower costs.
In a separate development, VinaLiving has introduced flexible financial plans for the Salacia Villas project. To combat high property prices in central Ho Chi Minh City, the developer offers a “small accumulation – big asset” policy. This allows buyers to secure townhouses with an initial 10% payment, followed by staggered installments totaling 35% by the time of handover. The remaining 60% can be financed through bank loans, with the developer providing interest rate support and principal grace periods to ease the financial burden on investors.
