Vietnam real estate firms AHS Property and Batdongsan.com.vn earn top industry awards

AHS Property was honored as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Real Estate Exchanges at the Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Day (VREBD 2026). The award reflects the market’s shift toward professionalism, transparency and sustainable development, noting the company’s involvement in more than 150 projects, over 4,000 successful transactions and partnerships with major developers.

Batdongsan.com.vn received the VARS Awards 2026 for leading the development of a real‑estate technology platform, a prize directed by the Ministry of Construction and the Vietnam Real Estate Association. The platform was also ranked #1 in user perception by Kantar. Its 2026 highlights include a new video‑listing feature that improves transparency and aids agents in closing deals more efficiently.
