Vietnam real estate projects focus on connectivity and multi-generational living
Real estate developments in Vietnam are increasingly focusing on multi-generational living and high-speed connectivity. In Van Phuc City, the Diamond Sky project offers flexible apartment designs ranging from 64m2 to 350m2. These units are designed to balance communal areas, such as open-plan living and dining rooms, with private sleeping quarters to accommodate different age groups. The project includes a 30,000m2 mall and benefits from the expansion of National Highway 13.
In Can Gio, the Vinhomes Green Paradise development is positioned to leverage major infrastructure upgrades. A proposed Ben Thanh - Can Gio high-speed railway is expected to reduce travel time to the city center to approximately 13 minutes. Additionally, the planned Can Gio Bridge and the expansion of the Rung Sac boulevard are intended to connect the coastal area to Ho Chi Minh City by car in about 35 minutes. Other regional links include a sea route to Vung Tau and connections to Long Thanh International Airport via the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway.
