Vietnam recalls counterfeit Rolux AF feminine hygiene products

The Drug Administration of Vietnam, under the Ministry of Health, has issued a nationwide suspension and recall for two batches of Rolux AF feminine hygiene solution. The recall follows a determination by the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Investigation Agency that the products are counterfeit.

The affected batches include production batch 08102025 (manufactured October 10, 2025, expiring October 10, 2027) and production batch 09102025 (manufactured October 11, 2025). Evercare Pharmaceutical Cosmetic Joint Stock Company is responsible for bringing the products to market, while BMP Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company is identified as the manufacturer. Both companies are based in Tan Dinh, Bac Ninh province.

Authorities have instructed the companies to notify distributors and users, retrieve the violating batches, and submit a recall report to the Drug Administration by September 18, 2026. Local health departments have been directed to monitor businesses, prevent the sale or use of these products, and establish hotlines to receive reports regarding counterfeit or smuggled cosmetics.
