Authorities in Ho Chi Minh City have recovered an additional 58 sets of remains belonging to martyrs at Le Thi Rieng Park.

In other national developments, Vietnam has launched the 2026 Month of Action for the Poor, mobilizing over $14.1 million in donations to support vulnerable populations and enhance social welfare. Additionally, the Vietnam International Defence Expo 2026 is set to feature 189 exhibitors from 36 different countries, showcasing military equipment and new technologies from the Vietnam People’s Army and the People’s Public Security forces.
