Vietnam rescue operations underway for tourists in water accidents

Multiple water-related incidents involving tourists occurred in Vietnam on September 1. In Quản Bạ, rescue teams are searching for a male tourist from Ho Chi Minh City who went missing after being swept into a cave area at Khâu Làn waterfall. The search is complicated by steep terrain, strong currents, and slippery rocks.

Separately, in Quảng Ngãi province, local rescue teams at Mỹ Khê Beach successfully saved four tourists from being swept away by large waves and strong currents. The rescued individuals included a group of women, a 7-year-old girl, and two other tourists. Authorities have increased patrols and warnings due to complex weather conditions during the National Day holiday period.
