Vietnam revokes 551 cosmetic product registrations

The Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) has issued a decision to revoke 551 registration numbers for imported cosmetic products. This action involves 24 different companies.

The revocation is a voluntary request from the distributing enterprises, who stated they no longer have a business demand for these specific products. The affected items span various categories, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and personal care products. Notable brands mentioned in the list include Vaseline, Shixiu, FOCALLURE, PINKFLASH, MEDIHEAL, CLIO, INTO YOU, and DR. WONJIN.

Among the companies involved, HEBE VN Co., Ltd. has the highest number of revoked registrations with 105, followed by MOKSA Co., Ltd. with 98, and CTC Group Investment Trading Co., Ltd. with 59. Other participating companies include Vindray Medical Co., Ltd., Focallure Cosmetic (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., and Deepsync Solution and Technology JSC, among others. The Drug Administration has instructed the legal representatives of these organizations and local health departments to ensure compliance with the decision.
