Vietnam Secretariat issues regulation on grassroots information ordering

Trần Cẩm Tú, a member of the Politburo and Standing member of the Secretariat, has signed Regulation No. 216-QĐ/TW regarding the ordering of official and essential information for grassroots levels.

The regulation establishes principles, content, requirements, resources, and evaluation mechanisms for providing politically oriented information. This includes oversight and coordination within the political system to ensure information is accurate, timely, and meets the needs of various local groups and audiences.

Ordered information products will span multiple media formats, including radio, television, books, newspapers, digital platforms, social media, mobile applications, and direct propaganda methods. The initiative aims to protect the Party's ideological foundation and proactively combat incorrect or hostile information.
