Vietnam Sets 2026 University Admission Fee Payment Schedule by Region

Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training has released the online payment timetable for the 2026 university and college admission fees. Payments are divided into six regional groups to spread system load.

Group 1 (Hanoi, Cao Bằng, Tuyên Quang, Lào Cai, Điện Biên, Lai Châu, Sơn La) may pay from 15 July until 16 July 17:00. Group 2 (Lạng Sơn, Thái Nguyên, Quảng Ninh, Phú Thọ, Bắc Ninh, Hải Phòng) from 16 July 17:00 to 17 July 17:00. Group 3 (Hưng Yên, Ninh Bình, Thanh Hóa, Nghệ An, Hà Tĩnh, Quảng Trị) from 17 July 17:00 to 18 July 17:00. Group 4 (Đà Nẵng, Huế, Gia Lai, Đắk Lắk, Lâm Đồng) from 18 July 17:00 to 19 July 17:00. Group 5 (TP Hồ Chí Minh, Khánh Hòa, Quảng Ngãi, Đồng Nai, Tây Ninh) from 19 July 17:00 to 20 July 17:00. Group 6 (Vĩnh Long, Đồng Tháp, An Giang, Cần Thơ, Cà Mau) from 20 July 17:00 to 21 July 17:00.

Candidates must log into the central admissions system, verify the number of selected majors, and complete payment via bank transfer, e‑wallets or authorized agents. Only paid choices are recorded for the selection process, and applicants are urged to pay early to avoid system congestion.
