Vietnam is making progress in its social and rental housing targets for 2026. According to the Ministry of Construction, 170 projects were completed in the first nine months of the year, totaling 46,497 units. This represents 48% of the annual goal. The ministry expects to complete approximately 87,601 units by the end of the year, including 69,552 units for sale or rent-to-own and 18,049 rental units.
