Vietnamese listed firms Giay Viet Tri and Vinhomes declare record cash dividends

Paper manufacturer Giay Viet Tri (ticker GVT) announced that it will complete a second 30% cash dividend for 2025 on 10 July, bringing its total payout for the year to 60% of profit – a record in the company’s history. Shareholders will receive 3,000 VND per share, requiring an estimated 35 billion VND outlay.

Real‑estate developer Vinhomes (ticker VHM) disclosed a 60% cash dividend for 2025, valued at 6,000 VND per share. With more than 4.1 billion shares outstanding, the payout will exceed 24.6 trillion VND, and the board also approved a 1‑for‑1 share issuance to fund the dividend. Vinhomes plans to raise its charter capital above 80 trillion VND and is issuing up to 6 trillion VND of private bonds to refinance debt. Both companies highlight strong earnings and a policy of generous shareholder returns.
