Vietnam's PC1 appoints Lê Văn Dũng as new CEO and overhauls senior management

CTCP Tập đoàn PC1 (HoSE: PC1) announced a sweeping reshuffle of its executive team. Lê Văn Dũng, born in 1991 and formerly head of the Accounting Department of the Finance Division, was appointed General Director (CEO) and legal representative. The board also named Nguyễn Thanh Hương as Chief Financial Officer and Vũ Thị Hương as Chief Accountant, both effective from 24 July.

Board changes include the addition of Trịnh Tiến Dũng as a board member and the appointment of independent directors Vũ Thị Minh Nhật and Lê Thành Lương. Several senior officials, such as Trịnh Văn Tuấn and Vũ Ánh Dương, were dismissed. The leadership said the incident stemmed from individual misconduct, not the company's operations, and projected a 150% profit increase for the first half of 2026.
