Vietnam's Rạng Đông and FPT Online announce cash dividend payouts

Rạng Đông Lighting (RAL) disclosed a 25% cash dividend, equivalent to VND 2,500 per share, for its 23.5 million outstanding shares. The record date is set for 19 August 2026, with payment expected on 27 August 2026, amounting to roughly VND 59 billion. The company reported Q2 2026 revenue of VND 1.576 trillion, a 32% year‑on‑year increase, and a profit before tax of VND 135 billion, driven by higher sales and cost control.

FPT Online announced a 100% cash dividend, or VND 10,000 per share, for its 18.4 million shares, costing about VND 184 billion. The ex‑dividend date is 10 August 2026, with payment scheduled for 11 September 2026. This marks the second consecutive year the company distributes a full‑share dividend, following a peak 200% payout in 2021. FPT Online posted 2025 revenue of VND 805 billion (up 14.1%) and net profit of VND 157 billion, with continued growth in the first half of 2026.
