Vietnam's Vinamilk and Vinhomes set record cash dividends for 2025

Vinamilk's board approved a cash dividend of 18.5% for 2025, equivalent to VND 1,850 per share. With about 2.1 billion shares outstanding, the payout will total roughly VND 3,866 billion. The register‑close date is 29 June and payment is planned for 17 July 2026. Major shareholders include the State Capital Investment Corporation (36% stake, expected to receive about VND 1,400 billion) and F&N Dairy Investments (22.29% stake, about VND 862 billion). The company also aims for 2026 revenue of VND 66,477 billion and profit after tax of VND 9,828 billion, pledging a minimum cash dividend of 50% of net profit.

Vinhomes announced a cash dividend of 60% for 2025, or VND 6,000 per share. With 4.1 billion shares, the cash payout could reach nearly VND 25,000 billion. The register‑close date is 30 June. In addition, a 100% stock dividend will double the share count, raising issued capital from over VND 41,000 billion to more than VND 82,000 billion. Vingroup, holding about 73% of Vinhomes, is set to receive over VND 18,000 billion. The dividend decision comes as Vinhomes focuses on completing existing projects rather than expanding its land bank.
