Villa La Angostura to host regional wine and gastronomy fair

Villa La Angostura will host a regional gastronomy and wine fair this Thursday at the Arrayanes Convention and Congress Center. Starting at 7:00 PM, the event is designed as an 'after ski' attraction for residents and tourists.

The fair will feature nine wineries from the Neuquén province, including Sudoeste, Mabellini, Malma, Schroeder, Patritti, Estancia Chimehuín, Aicardi, Fincas del Limay, and Cutral Co. Local chefs, such as Martín Paez, will prepare dishes featuring regional ingredients like lamb, trout, mushrooms, and products from the Neuquén valleys to pair with the wines.

The event is free to the public and aims to highlight the growing importance of the province's viticulture and regional gastronomy within its tourism sector.
