Vinamilk's $2.6 bn Brand Value Highlights 50 Years of Consumer Trust
Brand Finance valued Vietnam's dairy giant Vinamilk at $2.6 billion, assigning it an AAA+ rating – the highest on the brand‑strength index and the only FMCG company in Vietnam’s Top 10 most valuable brands for four consecutive years. The valuation reflects the company’s ability to turn consumer confidence into pricing power, market share protection and a strong economic moat.
Vinamilk marked its 50‑year anniversary with a live broadcast on VTV1, showcasing how the brand has evolved with generations of Vietnamese families. In the second quarter of 2026 the firm reported revenue of VND 18.856 trillion, up 12.5% year‑on‑year, and a record net profit of VND 3.184 trillion, a 28% increase. Profit before tax rose 25.9% to VND 3.899 trillion.
The company also refreshed its visual identity in 2023, launching a simplified logo and brighter colour palette while expanding its portfolio to more than 300 SKUs across 15 product lines. New offerings such as the Optimum infant formula, the first in Asia to contain six HMO nutrients, illustrate Vinamilk’s focus on health‑oriented innovation for younger consumers.
