VinFast electric scooters surge in sales at Vinh Long summer promotion

From June 18‑21, VinFast held a "Đổi xăng lấy điện – Cùng VinFast kiến tạo tương lai xanh" event in Vĩnh Long, Vietnam. Hundreds of residents visited the test‑drive area, and many completed deposits on the spot. Customer Kim Tiến purchased a VinFast Amio after a ten‑minute test ride, noting the bike’s compact design and the “price after all current incentives is just over 11 million VND, an unbelievably good deal.”

VinFast offered seasonal discounts of up to 16 % on licence‑free models such as the Amio, Flazz Max and Evo Lite, and an 8 % discount on other electric motorcycles. The event also highlighted VinFast’s battery‑swap stations, with buyers of the Feliz II and other models praising the ability to change batteries quickly for longer trips. Customer Đỗ Tiến Dũng said the swap system “makes me confident to travel from Vĩnh Long to Sa Đéc or Cần Thơ without worry about running out of power.” Other attendees lauded the quiet operation, lack of exhaust, storage compartments and convenient charging ports.
