VinFast launches green mobility incentives in Vietnam

VinFast and Vingroup have launched the second phase of the ‘For a Green Future’ program in Vietnam, offering various incentives to encourage the transition to electric vehicles (EVs).

For individual customers, the program provides discounts of up to 9% for those switching from internal combustion engine vehicles to VinFast electric cars. Specifically, the VF 2 model is seeing interest due to its accessible price point of 188 million VND and a 3% discount for those transitioning from gas-powered vehicles. Additionally, the ‘Zero Dong Car Purchase’ policy allows customers to borrow up to 100% of the vehicle value without down payments through the end of 2026.

Service drivers and transport businesses also benefit from specialized policies. These include a 9% discount on vehicle purchases, the potential to receive up to 100% of transport revenue for the first two years when operating exclusively on the Green SM Platform, and unlimited free charging for exclusive operators.

The VF Wild pickup truck is also being highlighted, offering a blend of SUV-style comfort and utility, featuring a 750 kg payload capacity and advanced software connectivity. For urban users, the VF 2 offers a range of 210 km per charge, with owners receiving up to 10 free charging sessions per month via the V-Green network until early 2029.
