VinFast launches Flazz Max electric scooter in Vietnam

VinFast has introduced the Flazz Max, a new electric scooter aimed at students and customers without a driver's licence. The model upgrades the previous Flazz with a 1.5 kW motor, raising the top speed to 48 km/h from 39 km/h, and a removable 1.5 kWh LFP battery that delivers up to 85 km on a single charge. The battery can be swapped at VinFast’s nationwide charging and swap stations, which also offer free charging.

The Flazz Max is priced at 14.99 million VND (about 13 million VND after an 8 % factory discount and a further 5 % incentive for participants in the “Fuel‑to‑electric” programme). It retains familiar features such as LED lighting, a digital speed display, a 10‑inch rim and drum brakes on both wheels. VinFast markets the Flazz Max alongside other licence‑free models like the Amio, ZGoo and Evo Lite.
