VinFast leads small vehicle sales and launches new electric motorcycle

VinFast continues to demonstrate market strength in Vietnam. In August 2026, the VinFast VF 5 led the small multi-purpose vehicle segment with 4,265 units sold, followed by the VinFast VF 6 in second place.

Additionally, VinFast has launched the new generation of its Evo Grand electric motorcycle series. The lineup includes three versions: Evo Grand II, Evo Grand Premia, and Evo Grand Limited. Utilizing a dual-battery system—consisting of a fixed 2.4 kWh battery and an additional removable battery—the motorcycles can achieve a maximum range of 262 km per charge. The vehicles feature a 2,250 W Inhub motor, a top speed of 70 km/h, and IP67 dust and water resistance. Prices for the new series start from 22.9 million VND after incentives.
