VinFast opens pre-orders for VF 8 electric SUV in the Philippines

VinFast Philippines has officially opened pre-orders for the all-new VF 8 electric midsize crossover, with a scheduled launch in November. The Philippines serves as the first international market to introduce this next-generation midsize two-row electric SUV following its global debut in May.

Customers can place a non-refundable deposit of P5,000 to P10,000 through authorized dealerships nationwide. As an incentive, the first 1,000 customers to order between October 13 and November 5 will receive a free one-year battery subscription. The vehicle also comes with a seven-year vehicle warranty for up to 160,000km and a 10-year battery warranty for up to 200,000km.

The VF 8 features the brand’s ‘Tech Fluid’ design language, characterized by wing-shaped LED daytime running lights and a fastback-like silhouette. The Philippine specification includes a single electric motor producing 228hp and 330Nm of torque, powered by a 60.13kWh battery providing a 500km range (NEDC). The interior includes a 12.9-inch infotainment screen and a Central Vehicle Computer that supports over-the-air updates.
